Return and Refund Policy
We inform you that in accordance with OUG 34/2014, you have a return request period of 14
calendar days from the date you took possession of the product ordered online. Products can be
returned without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than the return shipping
costs unless the returned product is damaged, has missing accessories, etc. (these situations are
described below in the return policy). The option to return online ordered products is valid only
for consumers (individuals) and does not apply to legal entities, PFA, NGOs, etc.
Return Period for a Product
According to OUG 34/2014, the withdrawal period (return of a Product) expires within 14
calendar days from:
the day the Customer takes physical possession of the order – if all Products in the order
were delivered in the same shipment;
the day the Customer takes physical possession of the last Product – if the Customer
orders multiple Products in a single order which are delivered separately;
the day the Customer takes physical possession of the last Product or piece – in the case
of delivery of a Product consisting of multiple lots or pieces.
Requesting a Return
If the Customer decides to withdraw from the Contract:
They can fill out the online return form in the "My Returns" section of the "My Account" section on the goldenhomemop.com website;
They can call Customer Service at the phone number in the "Contact" section or send a
return request by email to info@goldenhomemop.com.
Return Procedure
In accordance with OUG 34/2014, you benefit from a 14-day return request period from the date
you took possession of the product ordered online, applicable only to individuals. Products must
be returned in the condition they were received, preferably in the original packaging, and
accompanied by all accessories and original documents. If returned products are damaged or
show visible signs of wear that prevent resale, the seller can refuse the return. If the Customer
requests withdrawal from the contract within the legal withdrawal period, the following rules
apply:
The Customer will be refunded the amount paid within 14 calendar days from the date
the seller receives the Product shipped by the Customer, provided the product meets the
return conditions stipulated by law and specified in this return policy.
If the Customer ships the Product improperly packaged and this leads to damage during
transport, the responsibility lies entirely with the sender (Customer).
The refund will be made using the same payment methods used by the Customer to pay
for the Product being returned, unless the Customer agrees to a different payment
method.
Return Address
If you received the products before exercising the right of withdrawal, you must send or return
the products to the seller, Lvd Prime Concept S.R.L., at the address Bd. Preciziei 32, Hala C12,
Depozit Hifill, Bucharest, Sector 6, Romania, without undue delay and in any case within a
maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw. You
will bear the direct costs of returning the purchased product(s).
Refund of Paid Amounts
LVD PRIME CONCEPT SRL will refund the amount of money corresponding to the returned
products after verifying them and agreeing on the refund method. If the Customer requests
withdrawal from the contract within the legal withdrawal period, the only costs borne by the
Customer are the direct return shipping costs. The Customer will be refunded the amount paid
for the product. The refund period for amounts to the customer is as follows:
For products returned within the legal 14-day period from purchase, the refund period is
14 days from the date the seller received the returned product and confirmed it meets the
return conditions.
For products with deficiencies that require penalties, products returned because they were
wrongly delivered or damaged during transport, the refund period is agreed upon.
Refund methods are as follows:
o For Orders paid online by card, the refund will be made to the account from
which the payment was made;
o For Orders paid cash on delivery, the Customer will be asked for a valid bank
account, and the refund will be made by bank transfer, as cash refunds are not
possible.
The refund of the Product price will be made at the price listed on the invoice issued at the sale
of the Product, regardless of subsequent price fluctuations.
General Conditions for Returning Online Purchased Products
We inform you that in accordance with OUG 34/2014, you have a return request period of 14
calendar days from the date you took possession of the product ordered online and delivered via
a seller-approved courier. The provisions of OUG 34/2014 apply only to the Consumer, defined
as any individual or group of individuals constituted as associations as defined in art. 2 point 2 of
OG 21/1992 on consumer protection, republished with subsequent amendments and completions.
In accordance with OUG 34/2014, the Customer (individual) wishing to exercise the right of
withdrawal and return must consider the following aspects:
The returned Product must be in the same physical and functional condition as it was
when received based on the online order.
The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods due to their use
beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The Supplier may withhold an amount equivalent to the reconditioning costs of the
returned products with appearance, functional deficiencies, missing accessories, or
excessively damaged or missing packaging.
LVD PRIME CONCEPT SRL reserves the right to refuse acceptance of returns in the
following situations:
o Repeated returns (more than two returns for the same type, brand, and model of
product).
o If multiple products of the same type, brand, and model were purchased, only one
unsealed product will be accepted for return (the rest being accepted only if they
are sealed in the original packaging with all original labels).
Conditions Regarding the State of the Product for Which Return is Requested
Must have intact specific identification labels.
Must be accompanied by all accessories with which it was delivered, including the user
manual and warranty certificate (if provided).
Must not show any physical or functional damage.
Must not have missing elements or subassemblies.
Must not show signs of use or installation (food residues, dust, stains, scratches,
modifications, etc.).
If the returned product was accompanied by promotional materials or gifts, they must also be
returned in the same physical, functional, and packaging condition as received. If the returned
product does not meet the return conditions mentioned, the seller reserves the right (in
accordance with OUG 34/2014) to withhold from the product value the necessary amounts for
reconditioning to restore it to its initial state when received by the Customer.
Returning Non-compliant Products
You can request the return of products in the following situations:
Product not conforming to the specifications on the site. If the ordered product does not
match the specifications in our offer, you can request its return for replacement or a full
refund of the value. If replacement with a higher value product is agreed upon, you will
pay the difference; if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value
of the replacement product. Return and transport costs for the replacement product, if
applicable, are borne by the seller.
Wrongly delivered products (do not match the brand, category, or model ordered by the
customer). If you received a different product than ordered, please notify us as soon as
possible to return the product and have it replaced with the correct one. All return and
transport costs of the correct product will be borne by the Supplier.
Situations in Which Online Purchased Products Cannot Be Returned
Products cannot be returned if they fall into one or more of the following situations:
Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
Products susceptible to deterioration or rapid expiry;
Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and have
been unsealed by the consumer;
Products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other elements;
Products purchased by legal entities (companies, PFA, foundations, non-profit
organizations);
Products ordered online but picked up directly from the seller's warehouse.
Products with unauthorized interventions, showing signs of excessive wear or use, scratches,
chips, shocks, mechanical/electrical impacts, or missing accessories are not accepted for return.
